I make as much, some nights more, in tips, even with them split between the 3/4 of us on the front line and the busers as I do in my hourly wage (min. wage).
I can see why people keep working at the Ho - its a fun work environment, you make a decent wage (especially for a diner) and, while stressful at times, its not difficult work.
